Welcome to PokeBrad TCG’s Shipping Policy section. We provide detailed information about our shipping schedule, pre-orders, and packaging to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all customers.

Orders typically ship on Fridays.

If an order is placed near or on Friday, it may be shipped Saturday or Sunday instead.

If neither applies, the order will ship the following Friday.

Pre-orders & backorders will ship according to the release dates listed in the product descriptions.

Tracking is provided for all shipments, ensuring a secure and transparent process.

Return & Exchange Policy
At PokeBrad TCG, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns due to the nature of the TCG industry. Please carefully review all product details before making a purchase.
Refunds (Before Shipping Only)

Refunds are only available before an order has shipped.

Approved refunds will be subject to a 3% deduction to cover transaction processing fees.

Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be refunded or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at brad@pokebradtcg.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

✅ Photos of the item and packaging
✅ A description of the issue
We will assess the situation and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
